Dr. Md. Anwar Hosain Molla is a highly recognized scholar in Islamic fiqh and jurisprudence. He is an advisor to numerous other Islamic financial institutions. He holds a Ph.D. in “Micro-credit and zakat in the alleviation of poverty: a comparative analysis under the Department of Da’wah and Islamic Studies” from Islamic University. He also studied Arabic language and Islamic culture from King Saud University, Riyadh where he was awarded Gold Medal for his outstanding academic record.

Dr. Anwar is currently the principal of Uttar Badda Islamia Kamil Madrasa and an adjunct faculty of Manarat International University. He teaches Hadith Arabic, Aqidah, Fiqh, and Islamic Studies. He has authored numerous books and articles in his field. He has also translated the Holy Quran into Bengali.
